Complete our enquiry form with as much information as you have so far. Don’t worry if you haven’t figured everything out yet, that’s absolutely fine!
We’ll check availability for your wedding date and come back to you with the most suitable options.
2. Let’s have a chat
If we’re available, we’ll invite you to book a complimentary consultation.
This is a relaxed opportunity to tell us all about your wedding, ask any questions and get to know us a little better. We’ll talk through your plans and help you decide which service feels right for you.
Following our call, you will be sent a proposal to review.
3. Secure your date
Ready to have us on your wedding team? Amazing!
Simply return your signed proposal and we will send you a booking invoice to get your date confirmed! Once there are completed, your date is officially secured in our diary!
You’re Booked!
What happens next?
Firstly… get excited! You’ve just added a professional wedding coordination team to your plans.
Exactly what happens next will depend on the service you have booked but we’ll make sure you know what to expect and when you’ll hear from us.
You’ll receive your welcome information and access to any planning resources included within your package.
Then you can continue planning your wedding knowing that when the time comes, we’ll be there to bring everything together.
For our wedding coordination couples, we’ll step in more closely during the final stages of planning, gathering all the important details, liaising with your suppliers and creating a clear plan for the day.
By the time your wedding arrives, our team knows exactly what needs to happen so you don’t have to think about any of it.
