Meet Stacey
My journey into wedding coordination began after my own wedding in 2017, when I realised just how valuable genuine behind-the-scenes support truly is for couples on one of the most important days of their lives.
Although our wedding day was unforgettable, the experience opened my eyes to how much more couples deserve than simply a timeline or a point of contact – they deserve someone calm, caring and fully invested in making their day feel seamless and special.
With a background in hospitality since the age of 17, including working both on land and at sea, exceptional customer service and people-focused care have always been at the heart of who I am. After becoming a venue wedding coordinator, I quickly realised my passion went far beyond the traditional role, inspiring me to create a business centred around thoughtful, hands-on and highly personalised coordination.
At the heart of everything I do
In 2019, whilst on maternity leave with my son Harley, I launched Stacey Page Weddings & Events. What started as a passion-driven idea has since grown into a trusted, multi-award-winning coordination team supporting couples across the UK and beyond.
There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing couples enjoying the wedding day they have always dreamed of, celebrating their love whilst feeling completely relaxed, supported and truly special throughout every moment.
Meet my team
Behind every beautifully coordinated wedding is a brilliant team, and I’m incredibly proud of mine. The SPW team is made up of experienced Senior Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Event Team members who share the same calm, friendly and professional approach that Stacey Page Weddings & Events is known for.
Every member of the team is carefully selected and trained to work the SPW way, meaning you can feel completely confident in whoever is supporting your day. From managing suppliers and keeping your timeline running smoothly, to welcoming guests, setting up those final details and quietly solving anything unexpected behind the scenes, we work together to make sure you can simply relax, be present and enjoy every moment.

Stacey and her team were absolutely incredible – from my first power hour, I felt the stress melt away. Keeping in touch, providing advice and reassurance. But on the day, Stacey was the first person I saw when I stepped out of my wedding car – heading to the the venue. She stood in the rain, holding a brolley for me as we walked together. Organised the day – with timings, photographs, difficult family members and genuinely just such a lovely team. Will always recommend Stacey & will always say she was our best wedding gift.
